We have runners who are just starting out to the more experienced challenging for the win all with different lifestyles so no two programs are the same. If you need any changes to the program or just have a question, we provide a designated program messages chat.

Hours of training videos in the members area allow you to form an understanding of crucial training principles so that you can still make make decisions for yourself. We also have regular guest speakers from physios , nutritionists and mindset experts!
High level support & accountability
Access to our famous live Q&As every week, we cover mindset, nutrition and injury prevention or simply just catch up for a chat as a group. Whether you are a lurker or big voice in the group you will have all the support needed to enjoy your running again

Having worked with Gary for over a year now, I feel fresher than I’ve ever felt. Previous coaches have been fixated on heart rate and drummed that regime into me but Gary’s approach has enabled me to enjoy running again, with less stress, more recovery with a variety of quality sessions which keep me on my toes and keep me focussed without hammering myself every session. I joined House Running Club after getting tired of my own bullshit when it came to consistency with training. I had never followed a training plan before and wasn’t too sure I would this time either but something about it just clicks. I have a busy family life and full time job so it’s amazing to have my sessions planned by Gary and not to worry about the quality or length of sessions. I just put my trainers on and do it. Still hard to actually do consistently though. The thing that has taken it over the top is the accountability group run by Charlie. We post our intentions for the week and then post how it went at the end of the week. It’s surprising how just knowing others are also juggling busy lives and managing it keeps me going and makes the hard sessions easier to get done. I’ve actually got running goals for the first time in my life. And a pretty good chance of achieving them. Watch this space!
I decided to take up running and get back in the hills around March 2020. I am not the type to commit to meeting at the local running club every Tuesday or Thursday evening so was looking for something where I would receive decent coaching, interact with like minded people and have flexibility in when I trained. I stumbled across Gary on social media and it was obvious I had found exactly what I was looking for! Gary is a coach that is not only mildly funny (but do not tell him), he is approachable, vastly experienced, and his knowledge and coaching methods are second to none. Since joining up with Gary I have pretty much gone from couch to 50k. This includes running 45k on my 45th birthday just because I can, several long mountain runs and competing at Snowdon Skyrunner. This year I plan to attempt a self supported multiday run and have no doubt Gary will have me in great shape to give this a real shot. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone remotely interested in any forms of running. You will not be disappointed.
