Delivery and Returns
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Delivery & Returns Policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days for all items that are in stock. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will beactive within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
House Running Club (www.houserunningclub.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please contact me in the event that your order arrives damaged and we will sort out a solution to fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please contact us for the return address and details. (exchange or refund)
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
