Not everyone needs full support with coaching but would still like some guidance or simply just want to mix up training a little bit.
That’s why it was important for me to make these simple, straight forward and have flexibility written into them so that they don’t become useless at the first sign of trouble.
They all cost NOTHING, set for 10 weeks and a great option to bridge the gap between going it alone and having full time coaching with House Running Club.
